***It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address on the order. If the order was placed under an incorrect address, it is not our responsibility to amend the issue.
 
Customers are required to pay the re-shipping cost of any refused/returned package due to the following reasons: A) Incorrect information submitted by the customer and approved shipment by the customer.  B) Customer gave approval to ship but was not able to receive their box from the courier.  Before re-shipping a refused/returned package, the customer must agree to pay the previous shipping cost
 
We're sorry about that if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept return requests for most items within 7 days after you signed the parcel. The procedure is as follows:
 
The customer manager will send the return address to you after agrees to return the items. Please package up the item(s) and the items should be returned with the original packing.
 
Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your Credit if you don't inform us to refund to your payment account in advance. The credit balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn from your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
 
RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 7 days to decide whether these items are needed, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days after you signed the parcel.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear.
 
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
 
Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: if such items are not reported in time, we will not issue store credit.) Please contact your Customer Manager.
 
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.The return cost must be borne by yourself
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
 
 
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 30 business days of the delivered date. There will be a 10% stocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped.

* Processing starts after your payment confirmed. Normally, it needs 1~3 business days.
The processing time depends on the quantity of items.
The workers of burzipcollection.com constantly strive to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.
 
Normal shipping pickup time is 4PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays for UPS. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping please email us as soon as possible to sort them out. Once the shipment is made it is very difficult to the change it and there will also be extra charge added.
 
 
SALES TAX: New laws require us to charge sales tax for orders shipping to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, LA, NC, OK, PA, TX, UT. This will not show up when you place the order online, until we automate this, we manually add that in after we receive it. If you have a "TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE" from your state.
